‘Webeing’ is the B2B2C food e-commerce platform service to buy and sell leftover foods that are close to an expiration date or stock items at low prices, especially fruits and small dishes. We encourage customers to join our environmental activities.

Problem

- Initially, we targeted a specific area, 성남 위례신도시, for analysing and developing our market.
- We gathered customers of restaurant owners through sales over 50 interviews.
- We conducted qualitative and quantitative customer interviews with over 300 local citizens in 성남 위례신도시 (Wirye New Town, Seongnam City)
